The JBM Student Lounge Committee is composed of a group of four students - two appointed by BGSO and two appointed by HMS/HSDM. The responsibilities of the committee include voting on issues related to the lounge and mainly concerning:

A. Lounge reservation requests.

B. Architectural, design, or layout changes proposed to the lounge.

C. Changes to the constitution.

D. Revocation of lounge usage privileges for individuals who violate the guidelines.

The committee is also in charge of monitoring the use and status of the lounge.
